Welcome to Gyves House bed and breakfast Eastbourne - Gyves House is a beautiful Victorian building circa 1900 that has been thoroughly modernised while maintaining many period features. All the rooms in our guest house are en-suite and have high ceilings, many with original fireplaces and have been individual decorated to a superb standard, some offering sea views. Wireless internet is now provided in all rooms free along with remote control TV and tea/coffee facilities.

Situated just 30 metres from Eastbourne seafront with free on-street parking (subject to availability), Gyves House is an established guest house providing high standard bed and breakfast accommodation. We are ideally located within the town being just a 5 minute walk from the town centre, while the pier is only a 3 minute walk away meaning we’re within walking distance of all the local amenities.

Our guest house is in close proximity to the famous chalky cliffs of Beachy Head and also the newly appointed South Downs National Park which can be reached by foot or from the local bus service which starts at the pier.
